Samuel was born on 10 September, 2003 and he is currently 20 years old. He is currently in his Secondary Level Six (S6), studying at Jinja Progressive Academy. 

He stays at Lubaga Parish, a village in Jinja district, Uganda. Both his parents passed away when he was very young. His aunt, who is a Primary School Headteacher, now takes care of him and his younger brother. She is determined to help Samuel get through school and hence contributes to his school fees.

Samuel loves playing football during his free time. He has a keen interest in computers and new technology and thinks better information technology systems are needed in Uganda. With this in mind, he is interested in pursuing a career in the line of IT and data. He is grateful to have the support of S.O.U.L. and hopes he can make his education dreams come true.
