Hadijah Nakagolo began her professional journey as a receptionist at a rural micro-finance institution, where she honed her administrative skills. In June 2018, she joined the S.O.U.L. Foundation as an Office Administrator at the Bugweri office before transitioning to the Jinja office. With a diploma in Information Technology from Busoga University, Hadijah quickly became an indispensable asset to the organization.

Hadijah plays a pivotal role in data entry and organizing records for the student sponsorship program, while also managing day-to-day activities, such as welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries with precision. Motivated and eager to enhance her computer skills, Hadijah continuously seeks opportunities for growth.

Passionate about empowering young girls, Hadijah provides academic guidance and counseling to foster their educational growth. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming to unwind and recharge. Hadijah epitomizes dedication, versatility, and a steadfast commitment to advancing the mission of the S.O.U.L. Foundation while nurturing her personal passions.
