Swabura Nemera was born on August 29, 2004 and she is currently 18 years old. She is Secondary Level Four (S4) at Nkutu Memorial Secondary School.

Nemera stays in Namiyangu Village, Bugweri District, with her parents. She is the second (2nd) child in a family of five (5) – three (3) girls and two (2) boys all of whom are enrolled in school.  Her parents are small scale farmers and supplement their household income by engaging in pottery. She enjoys helping her parents with garden work during her holidays and is passionate about helping those in need. She is a big fan of the color green as it is, “the color of nature”.

Described as disciplined and an inspiration to her peers, Swabura hopes to pursue a course in hairdressing after her Secondary Level Four. Her goal is to set up a salon to provide employment opportunities for young girls and young men in her community.
