Sarah Kisakye was born on 15th July 2006 and is now 16 years old. She is currently in her Secondary Level Three (S3) in boarding school at Nakanyonyi Girls School.

Sarah stays in Kyabirwa, a village in Jinja City, Uganda. Sarah lives with both her parents and eight other siblings, four sisters and four brothers. Most of her siblings are still in school and only two of them have completed their studies. Sarah’s father is a businessman and he deals in local food items like rice, maize flour and beans. Her father helps her with money required for her personal requirements and remaining school fees.

 Sarah is staying focused on academics with a goal of completing her secondary level with good grades. She loves playing netball and she admires the ‘Uganda Cranes’ netball team. Sarah enjoys helping her parents with domestic work during her holidays. She is very grateful to have the support of S.O.U.L. and wishes to continue receiving her scholarship up to the highest level possible!
