Lukia was born on August 16, 2008 and is 15 years old. She studies at St.John S.S.S Wakitaka in Secondary Level One (S.1).

She stays in Kyabirwa village, Jinja district with both her parents and her five (5) siblings of which four (4) are girls and two (2) are boys. Two of her female siblings completed their studies and were supported by S.O.U.L Foundation. Lukia’s Father is a small-scale farmer who grows passion fruits and maize for income generation. Her mother is a small retail shop keeper who also practices small-scale farming for home consumption.

Lukia is very social and loves watching movies. Her singular focus right now is her education. Her career goal is to become a nurse upon completion of her studies.
